Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you give us when you contact the firm, request a consultation, become a client, or communicate with us by any means. This may include your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, citizenship and residency information, financial information relevant to a legal engagement, identification documents required for client onboarding, and any other information you choose to share with us in the course of seeking or receiving legal services.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit calvarylegal.com, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and the time and date of your visit. We use this information to operate and secure the website and to understand general patterns of use.
Information from Third Parties
In the course of representing clients, we may receive information about you from financial institutions, accountants, prior counsel, government agencies, public records, and other professionals working on your matter, where authorized or required.
SMS and Text Message Communications
No Mobile Information Sharing. Calvary International Law does not share, sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text message consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through our SMS program is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and to operate the messaging service.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Calvary International Law by providing your mobile number through one of the following methods: completing a contact or intake form on calvarylegal.com that includes a clear SMS consent checkbox, providing written consent during the client onboarding process, or texting a designated keyword to a number we publish for that purpose. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or legal engagement.
Types of Messages You May Receive
Once you opt in, you may receive transactional and informational messages from the firm, including appointment reminders and confirmations, document requests, status updates on your matter, secure links to client portals, scheduling communications, and responses to questions you have sent us.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your engagement with the firm and the status of any active matter. You will only receive messages relevant to your communications with us.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages you send or receive. These rates are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Calvary International Law does not charge any fee for participating in our SMS program.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message from us to receive information about the messaging program. You may also contact us at yoni@calvarylegal.com or by calling the firm directly.

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of text messages from Calvary International Law at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent to you. Opting out of text messages does not end any active legal engagement, and we will continue to communicate with you through email, telephone, and mail as appropriate to your matter.

Confidentiality and Attorney-Client Communications
Communications with the firm before an attorney-client relationship has been formally established may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege. Sending an email, completing an online form, leaving a voicemail, or texting our firm does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only after we have completed a conflicts check, agreed to represent you, and you have signed a written engagement agreement.
Once we represent you, your communications with the firm are protected by the attorney-client privilege and the duty of confidentiality under the District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct. Please be aware that ordinary email and unencrypted text messages can be intercepted, and we encourage clients to use the secure portal we provide for sensitive documents and information.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information in our possession. These include access controls on our practice management system, encrypted storage for sensitive documents, secure email options for client communications, and routine review of our security practices. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot warrant that information transmitted over the internet or through wireless networks will not be intercepted.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion of information we are not required to retain, and withdraw any consent you have previously given.
